The main questions are practical: what is in stock for your district, which delivery estimate applies, and what does the exact product’s return or warranty cover?

Compare the final amount at checkout and read any cap, minimum spend, installment fee and refund condition before deciding that a deal is cheaper.

Its FAQ explains that points can be converted into shopping discounts, while validity and earning rules depend on the current programme terms. Delivery: check the district and the item

Pickaboo’s public FAQ says it delivers within Bangladesh, using its own riders for Dhaka metro and courier partners outside Dhaka. It also says some areas may receive home delivery while other locations use a courier pickup point. The FAQ lists a standard estimate of up to three working days inside Dhaka and around five working days outside Dhaka, but a separate delayed-delivery table uses a different outside-Dhaka threshold. That inconsistency is a reason to rely on the estimate attached to your own order.

The same FAQ lists a delivery charge of BDT 60, while noting that product size and destination can change it. Selected products may show FastPick or express delivery; that option is not available for every listing or every address. Put your exact address into the checkout flow and verify any extra charge before payment.

Physical shop, pickup and support

Pickaboo’s FAQ says it does not have a customer pickup point. The company lists a Tejgaon, Dhaka address and hotline, but a corporate address should not be assumed to be a walk-in showroom. We did not find a public store locator for consumer visits in the reviewed official information.

Support is routed through chat, account tickets, phone and email. The published FAQ lists +880 9666 745745 and support@pickaboo.com. Use the order-linked ticket route for delivery or return issues and keep the ticket number, invoice and photographs with your records.

One public popularity signal is the Android app listing: Google Play showed more than one million downloads and roughly 3.2 stars from about 5,200 reviews when checked. This is an app signal, not an audited measure of sales or customer satisfaction, and app ratings can change. It is more useful as context than as a guarantee about a particular order.

Returns and warranty: read the exact listing

Pickaboo’s catalogue and FAQ refer to returns and replacements, but the eligibility and window depend on product condition and category. Some product pages describe short return periods for eligible items; that should not be generalized to every phone, appliance or opened product. Warranty is not the same as a return. Check whether the product is covered by the manufacturer or seller, how long the coverage lasts and where an authorized service centre is located. Who is Pickaboo a good fit for?

Pickaboo is worth comparing if you want an electronics-focused catalog, online payment or EMI options, and delivery to a Bangladesh address. Its published delivery process may also suit buyers who are comfortable with prepayment and then checking the product with the rider.

It is less suitable to assume that every item has the same warranty or a no-questions return policy. Buyers who need to inspect a device in person should first locate a confirmed showroom elsewhere; Pickaboo’s FAQ says its deliveries do not use customer pickup points.
